Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pozar Pozar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marc Lewis Dillinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pozar comes to the cage accompanied by z Buta Wjeżdzam. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 21 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pozar Pozar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 13 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marc Lewis Dillinger! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Sergei Dronov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dillinger doesn't succeed with the takedown and Pozar counters with a three punch combo that has Dillinger backing up. Dillinger nods at Pozar to acknowledge the strikes. Pozar shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dillinger napping and manages to drive through into side control! Pozar scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Dillinger to see if he's OK. Dillinger tries to bench press Pozar off him but Pozar keeps the position. You can see the frustration on Dillinger's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dillinger gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Dillinger trying to control here.
Dillinger is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dillinger holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pozar is working for an americana but Dillinger has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Pozar was thinking about the submission. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dillinger pulls Pozar in close to prevent any damage. Dillinger is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Dillinger trying to control the action but Pozar is working from the bottom. Dillinger is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pozar is just riding it out for now. Dillinger eventually gives up the hold. Dillinger looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dillinger is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Pozar sees it coming and defends easily. Dillinger trying to control the action but Pozar is working from the bottom. Pozar has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dillinger is working away from the top position though. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Dillinger slows the pace down in half guard. Dillinger not landing any meaningful shots this time. Pozar wants to control but Dillinger is keeping busy and won't allow it. Pozar is looking to improve his position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Pozar looking for submissions off his back. Dillinger sitting and controlling from the half guard. Pozar slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Dillinger trying to control the position from guard on top but Pozar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pozar looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Dillinger is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Pozar is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Dillinger has his hands clasped together but Pozar extends and breaks Dillinger's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Pozar.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Pozar Pozar! A determined Pozar Pozar didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
