The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Santo Cristo misses with an uppercut.
Rakija ducks under a wild hook from De Santo Cristo.

Rakija looks to score with a jab to the body but De Santo Cristo is just out of range.
Riza Rakija seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
De Santo Cristo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rakija.
Rakija throws a hook but De Santo Cristo avoids it easily.
Rakija tries to clinch up but De Santo Cristo circles away and keeps his distance.
Rakija throws a low kick but De Santo Cristo moves out of range easily.
Rakija will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rakija on the wrong end of a nice hook.

De Santo Cristo half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

De Santo Cristo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
De Santo Cristo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
De Santo Cristo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rakija throws out the jab.
De Santo Cristo appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Good exchange - Rakija coming out on top.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
