Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rodney Villarreal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walter White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White has chosen Private Eye as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rodney Villarreal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Walter White!
The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Skip Squint and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy body kick from White

and Villarreal counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
White wants to sweep but no luck.
Villarreal trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Villarreal wants to stand but White is controlling his posture from full guard.
White looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

White is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Villarreal is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

White wriggles free and stands up.
The fighters circling - White throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Villarreal changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Villarreal misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

White throws a nice looking combination but Villarreal bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Villarreal is pushing White's head away, looking to escape. White manages to hold on to the position though.

Villarreal is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but White has just dragged him back down to the mat.

White throws a push kick but Villarreal slaps the foot to one side.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Villarreal checks a leg kick.

White lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Villarreal backs up against the cage.
White throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Villarreal feinted with a counter takedown.
White misses with a low kick as Villarreal jumps back.
Villarreal tries to counter by moving into the clinch but White manages to circle out of the way.
Villarreal looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? White is fending him off so far but Villarreal persists. Nope, White circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rodney Villarreal. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Villarreal shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as White sprawls well. White wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Villarreal gets slowly back to his feet.

White closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Villarreal is staying active underneath White, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Villarreal is trying to maintain the position but White is very close to passing his half guard.

White thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Villarreal's head.
White wants to take a breather but Villarreal is having none of it.
White is thwarting Villarreal's attempts to control the position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

so Villarreal counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Villarreal has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of White is proving hard to escape from.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as White holds on and takes a little breather.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Villarreal misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
White only half commits to the counter leg kick.

White closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
White lands a left hand.
Villarreal blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

White has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Walter White.

White throws a solid leg kick but Villarreal takes the impact on his shin and smiles at White.
Villarreal shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says White as he avoids it easily.

It looks like Rodney Villarreal has been cut.
White tries to clinch but Villarreal moves out of range.
White doesn't manage to clinch there - Villarreal circles away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

White is looking to take a break and control but Villarreal is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Villarreal has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. White is working away from the top position though.
Villarreal is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
White throwing shots but Villarreal is blocking nicely.

White misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Villarreal is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Villarreal moves out of range of the body kick.
Villarreal dives in for a single leg takedown but White sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Walter White showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Villarreal takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Villarreal lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
No luck for Villarreal with that takedown attempt.
Villarreal pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A bone on bone clash there as Villarreal blocks the leg kick.

White misses with a jab, cross combination.
Oh Villarreal is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
White feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Villarreal collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Walter White!
Walter White decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
