Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Muraki Tunamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Trevino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trevino is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rowdy Rebel feat. Bobby Shmurda and Too $hort - She All About The Shmoney. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Muraki Tunamoto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 4 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lee Trevino! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tunamoto tries to move into range but Trevino moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Trevino looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Trevino. Tunamoto clinches up with Trevino and pushes him back against the cage. Trevino working aggressively here.
Trevino softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Tunamoto gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Tunamoto lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Trevino takes an elbow to the forehead. Tunamoto blocks a punch to the side of the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Trevino creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Tunamoto throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Trevinos head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tunamoto tries a knee to the head but Trevino blocks it.
Nice body punch from Tunamoto. Trevino tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Tunamoto's elbow. Trevino tries to work over Tunamoto's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Trevino scores with an uppercut up the middle. Trevino prevents a body shot from Tunamoto. Trevino misses with the head strike.
Tunamoto has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Trevino scores with a shoulder strike. Trevino blocks the elbow strike.
Trevino makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. A short right from Tunamoto on the inside. Tunamoto lands a left hand that snaps the head of Trevino backwards. Good body shot from Trevino.
Tunamoto is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Trevino is keeping busy. Tunamoto comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Tunamoto wants to break the clinch but can't.

Trevino lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Trevino can't find room to land a body shot as Tunamoto controls the action.
Trevino misses with the head strike.
A short right from Trevino on the inside. Trevino wants to take the fight to the mat but Tunamoto manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Trevino throws a punch but it's blocked by Tunamoto. Tunamoto gets underhooks to prevent Trevino's takedown attempt.

Trevino keeps the fight on the outside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Trevino takes a swing at Tunamoto's ribcage but misses. Tunamoto doesn't manage to clinch there - Trevino circles away.
Trevino throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tunamoto's waist but Tunamoto gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Trevino off to one side. Muraki Tunamoto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Trevino. Trevino looks to land a left hand but Tunamoto moved out of range nicely. Trevino checks a leg kick. Trevino changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Tunamoto throws a left and a right that both miss
and Trevino counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Trevino. Trevino prevents Tunamoto from getting back to his feet. Trevino sitting in guard here, content to control. Trevino throwing strikes but missing. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Trevino is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Trevino lands a couple of decent looking shots. Trevino trying to control but Tunamoto is working from the bottom. Tunamoto is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Trevino is controlling him. Trevino not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. The fight stays on the outside here - Tunamoto looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Tunamoto.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Trevino slips a jab and a cross from Tunamoto.
Trevino misses with a kick to the body.
Trevino clobbers Tunamoto with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Tunamoto misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Tunamoto scores with a sloppy right hand. Trevino should have avoided that one. Trevino connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Tunamoto doesn't manage to clinch there - Trevino circles away.
Trevino cracks Tunamoto with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Muraki Tunamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sloppy strikes from Tunamoto. Those never looked like landing. Trevino moves away from the strike by Tunamoto. Trevino lands a nice shot that snaps Tunamoto's head back.
Tunamoto gets a clinch. Trevino is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tunamoto gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Trevino is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Lee Trevino will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Tunamoto takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Trevino changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Tunamoto throws an overhand right that lands on Trevino's shoulder, as Trevino tries to avoid the shot. Tunamoto tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Trevino tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. An inside leg kick from Trevino misses. Tunamoto is looking for a counter combo. Tunamoto connects with a nice looking jab.
Tunamoto instigates a clinch. Tunamoto breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tunamoto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Left hook, right uppercut from Tunamoto. Tunamoto on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Trevino swats away the attempt to clinch by Tunamoto.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tunamoto darts in trying to clinch and Trevino counters with a nice double leg into guard. Trevino is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Trevino advances to half guard. Trevino working over Tunamoto with some ground and pound. Tunamoto looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Trevino lands strikes from half guard. Trevino is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Trevino looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Trevino lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tunamoto blocking the ground and pound attempt from Trevino. Well, if Trevino is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Trevino is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Tunamoto is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
