The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishida throws a leg kick that is checked
and Manjuelez counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Ishida working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Manjuelez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Manjuelez manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ishida is on top in guard.
Manjuelez lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

A less than humble Masaya Ishida misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
Pablo Manjuelez was interviewed post fight and said 'Puto madre es muy fuerte, Estaré de vuelta más fuerte'.
