Mies's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Condemned 84 - Face the agression. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mies is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gnomes sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Mies displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gnomes throws out the jab.
Mies swats away the attempt to clinch by Gnomes.
Mies seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Nice sprawl there from Gnomes as Mies shoots in.
Gnomes stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gnomes wants it to stay on the feet.
Gnomes drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Mies defends it well.

Gnomes gets caught flat footed, as Mies shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
