Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between MC Wisk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ewen Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis has chosen Atreyu-Ex's and oh's as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, MC Wisk!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ewen Davis!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Wisk misses.
Davis shoots in looking for a takedown. Wisk tries to sprawl out of it but Davis keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wisk manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Wisk went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Davis shoots for a takedown but Wisk saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Wisk thuds his right hand into Davis's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Davis darts in looking for a takedown but Wisk gets double underhooks and turns Davis into the cage.
MC Wisk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ewen Davis.
Davis closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Wisk quickly recovers to half guard.
Davis is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wisk defends it well.
Davis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wisk is just riding it out for now. Davis eventually gives up the hold.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Davis is looking for a kimura but Wisk is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Davis to get the leverage.

Davis uses his free foot to push down on Wisk's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Wisk.

Davis is looking to work his way around to Wisk's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.

Davis swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Wisk is now in Davis's guard. A big mistake from Davis there, giving up the dominant position!

Davis has his foot on Wisk's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wisk works his way back into a safe position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wisk throws a strike but Davis rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Davis won't allow Wisk to get back to his feet.

Davis is trying to get an arm triangle but Wisk is defending well.
Wisk is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Wisk has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Davis is working away from the top position though.
Davis seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Davis shoots for a takedown but Wisk saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Davis dives in and grabs Wisk's left leg, looking for a takedown. Wisk pushes down on Davis's head and hops out.

Wisk misses with a head kick.
Wisk bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Davis's head backwards.
Davis moves out of range as Wisk throws a body kick.
Davis moves forwards but Wisk connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Davis shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wisk napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Davis wants to stand but Wisk is controlling his arm.
Wisk is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Davis is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Wisk knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Davis is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Wisk can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Davis goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Wisk turns into him and now he's in Davis's guard.
Our spies down at at Lock and Roll Grappling Gym inform us that Davis has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Wisk stuffs the takedown attempt from Davis. Davis gets slowly back to his feet.
Davis throws a sloppy head kick and Wisk moves out of range easily.
Davis shoots in for a double leg but Wisk sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

MC Wisk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ewen Davis.
Wisk throws a quick inside leg kick.
Wisk lands a nice hook to Davis's body. Davis takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Wisk lands a big uppercut and Davis crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Davis looks OK. Wisk waves Davis back to his feet!
Davis is rocked!
It looks like Ewen Davis has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wisk throws a powerful right kick. Davis tried to block low but the kick was high! Davis was taken right off of his feet! Wisk jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
