Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Raul Mendez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wander Leijonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Raul Mendez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Wander Leijonen! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mendez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Mendez shoots for a double leg takedown but Leijonen sprawls well. He's pushed Mendez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Leijonen is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
