Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Hillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul Hillman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hillman blocks a head kick by Logan.
A head kick misses from Logan.
Hillman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Logan tries to avoid it but Hillman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Logan to the ground. Logan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Logan throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hillman.

It looks like Paul Hillman has been cut.
Logan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Hillman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Logan throws a left and a right that both miss

and Hillman counters with a takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Logan wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Hillman connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Logan some visible discomfort.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hillman cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Jeez, Ryan Logan's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
