Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Altair Brain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Stannis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brain comes to the cage accompanied by 300 Violin. Paul Stannis is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stannis showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Brain.
We've been told by Brain's head coaches at Darkness (B613) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Brain scores with a hook to the body. Stannis takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Brain's jab looks to have found its range, popping Stannis under the eye.
Brain fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Brain connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Stannis's hands.

and Brain makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

and Brain counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Brain connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Stannis's hands.
It looks like Paul Stannis has been cut.
Stannis on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brain scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Stannis doesn't seem bothered though.

Brain looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Brain, right into the meat.
Altair Brain is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Stannis tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Brain swivels and escapes.
Brain lands a head kick. Stannis smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Brain lands a nice hook to Stannis's body. Stannis takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Stannis throws a jab when Brain was well out of range.
Brain fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stannis.
Brain blocks a low kick nicely.
Brain misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A cross from Brain lands.
Brain comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Stannis misses with a straight left.
A combination from Stannis does no damage.
Stannis on the wrong end of a nice jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Brain cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Stannis is still on wobbly legs! Can Brain finish him?
Brain connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Good exchange - Brain coming out on top.
The fighters circle, before Brain throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Stannis's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Brain lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Altair Brain!
A relieved looking Altair Brain thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
