Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lars Eriksson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kupar Terkey!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriksson chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Eriksson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Terkey with a poor takedown
and Eriksson counters with a solid body kick.
Terkey shoots for a double leg takedown but Eriksson sprawls well. He's pushed Terkey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Eriksson clinches up with Terkey and pushes him back against the cage.
Eriksson tries to throw a body punch but Terkey avoids it by throwing Eriksson back against the cage.

Terkey looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

and Terkey decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Eriksson's guard.

We've been told by Eriksson's head coaches at Bloodsport Gym 16 Elites that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Eriksson swings wildly with an uppercut but Terkey uses good head movement to avoid it.

Terkey shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Terkey showed some decent athleticism there.

Eriksson tries to hold on but Terkey pushes him away.

Terkey swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Eriksson is now in Terkey's guard. A big mistake from Terkey there, giving up the dominant position!

Eriksson throws a sloppy head kick and Terkey moves out of range easily.
Terkey takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Kupar Terkey is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Terkey goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Eriksson has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Terkey but great work by Eriksson.

Terkey throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Eriksson's waist but Eriksson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Terkey off to one side.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Eriksson.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Terkey is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Eriksson lunges at Terkey with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Terkey's hand.

and Eriksson counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Lars Eriksson seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
