Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jai Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hall comes to the cage accompanied by Change the World. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Bobby Hall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jai Jackson! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson gets caught flat footed, as Hall shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Hall seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Hall pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jackson is keeping the position for now. Hall slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Hall postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hall won't allow Jackson to sweep him here. Jackson being controlled here, momentarily. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Jackson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hall's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson throws a big right hand that misses. Hall is controlling Jackson's posture. Jackson wants to get up but he can't break Hall's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Hall is controlling Jackson's posture.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jackson pivots, looking for a leg kick but Hall is out of range and Jackson settles back down. Jackson looks for the body kick but Hall saw that one coming. Jai Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson throws a sloppy head kick and Hall decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jackson's guard. Jackson looking for a sweep. Not yet Jackson, not yet. Hall sitting in guard here, content to control. Hall has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Jackson doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson wants to sweep but no luck. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hall wants to pass the guard but Jackson is keeping the position. Hall's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jackson throws a leg kick and Hall decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jackson's guard. Jackson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hall controls the pace. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hall's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hall tries to free his leg and advance position but Jackson is retaining full guard.

Bobby Hall dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hall drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Hall is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Jackson wants to stand up but Hall is controlling him. Hall is stalling in the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hall prevents Jackson from getting back to his feet. Bobby Hall overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Jackson can't keep his opponent in guard - Hall advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Well, if Hall is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

and Hall counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jackson won't be happy with that. Hall taking a breather here. Hall working away. You can see the frustration on Jackson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Jackson is breathing heavily. Jackson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Hall counters with a single leg into guard. Jackson didn't expect that.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Hall throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hall defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jackson. Bobby Hall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jai Jackson. Jackson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jackson darts in trying to clinch so Hall counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

And that's the end of the fight! Bobby Hall showed his dominance in that final round. Well Hall has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
