Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Tow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Mc Crorey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mc Crorey has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Big Tow has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tow closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mc Crorey did well to prevent Tow getting side control.
Tow keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Tow is pressing down on Mc Crorey 's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mc Crorey is holding on for now.
Mc Crorey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tow connects with a nice short shot to Mc Crorey 's temple.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tow cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Tow pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Tow is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mc Crorey to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mc Crorey shrugs it off.
Tow can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mc Crorey is looking to escape.

Tow postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Mc Crorey badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Tow around the waist but Tow pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Tow is the winner by TKO! Tow jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Big Tow!
An out of breath Big Tow thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
