Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Royce Sherman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dillinger Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Royce Sherman has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Royce Sherman seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Royce Sherman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dillinger Green! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sherman moves out of range of the body kick. Green pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sherman back to the cage. Green follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Royce Sherman has been cut. Green is looking to land body kicks. Sherman really is a fat lump. Sherman showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Green.
Green instigates a clinch. Green is looking to break free of the clinch but Sherman has double underhooks. Sherman manages to break the clinch.
Green misses with a wild combination.
Dillinger Green seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sherman takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Green clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sherman is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Green to keep the fight standing. Green gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Sherman.

Sherman manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Green throwing strikes from guard but Sherman blocks nicely. Sherman looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Green looking to pass the guard. Sherman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Green engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Green accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Green passes Sherman's left leg - he's now in half guard. Green is figuring out what he wants to do next. Sherman is looking to escape. Green is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Sherman manages to get to full guard. Green looking to pass the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sherman looking to control.
Green is looking to stand up but Sherman won't let him. Sherman looking for a guillotine here but Green defends easily.
Green really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sherman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Sherman controlling the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Green tries to bum rush Sherman with a series of wild strikes but Sherman uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Green looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Green closes the distance and pushes Sherman back into the cage. Green is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Sherman to keep the fight standing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Green wants to get back to striking at distance but Sherman won't allow it.
Sherman tries to pull guard but Green holds him up against the cage and eventually Sherman drops back down to his feet.
Green is working for takedown but Sherman is calmly controlling the position for now. Sherman tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Green smiles and moves away.
Green keeps the fight on the outside. Green clinches up with Sherman and pushes him back against the cage. Sherman is trying to pull guard but Green turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sherman drags the fight down to the ground.
Sherman throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Green won't allow Sherman to sweep him here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dillinger Green dominated that round. The cut man is working on Royce Sherman's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Green jabs Sherman to the body, keeping him at a distance. Sherman has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ. Green misses with a wild body shot. Sherman seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Some wild striking there from Green.
Sherman went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Green scores with a three punch combo!
Royce Sherman is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sherman has closed the distance and engaged Green in a clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Green wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Green is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Green is trying to pull guard but Sherman turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Green tries to score a body lock takedown but Sherman shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Sherman prevents Green from breaking the clinch. Green tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sherman avoids it. Green is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Sherman is defending well for now. Sherman stalling against the cage.
Sherman jumps guard but Green turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Green is trying to break the clinch but Sherman has him pressed against the cage. Sherman is pressed up against the cage. Green has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sherman down to the mat. Sherman avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Royce Sherman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dillinger Green. Green Rushes Sherman and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Sherman is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Green Piles on the pressure and Sherman crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
