Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kaka Papa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo Taka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bo Taka is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Dirk Anderson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Papa shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Taka defends it nicely.
Papa shoots in and gets a takedown into Taka's guard.
Taka looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Papa sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Taka's guard.
Papa working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Papa lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Taka has hold of Papa's hands but Papa slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Papa definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Papa has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Papa wants to work for an arm triangle but Taka is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Papa lands a nice short elbow.

Papa takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Taka really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Papa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Papa slips a nice elbow through Taka's hands, connecting with Taka's forehead.

Papa is nestled in close to Taka, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Papa thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Papa thows a huge punch but Taka dodges it nicely.
Papa looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Taka with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Taka is still in real trouble! Can Papa finish him?
Papa controlling the position here and throwing strikes from the top. Nice elbow lands there... and another... and another... oh, Taka is out! Papa gets to his feet and admires his work - nice finish!
