Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Puntti Manne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elijah Modnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manne comes to the cage accompanied by Edguy - Two Out of Seven. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Modnar throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Manne connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Modnar momentarily.
Manne avoids a kick to the body.
Manne throws a head kick that Modnar semi-blocks.
Modnar throws a wild body kick that Manne sees coming a mile off.
An attempted straight right counter from Manne misses the target.
Modnar wants to land a leg kick but Manne is out of range.
Modnar digs a good hook to Manne's body.
Modnar takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Modnar moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Modnar fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Modnar looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Elijah Modnar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Modnar drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Modnar has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Manne works Modnar's body with a nice hook.
Modnar throws an overhand right that lands on Manne's shoulder, as Manne tries to avoid the shot.
Manne misses with a wild body shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Modnar crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Manne - the referee stops the clock and Modnar gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Manne. Modnar manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Modnar is looking to slow Manne down with leg kicks.

Manne moves out of range of the body kick.
Manne throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Manne tests Modnar's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Modnar uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Manne.

Manne uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Modnar has time to react.

Manne attempts a counter takedown but Modnar avoids it well and moves away.
Elijah Modnar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Manne lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Manne.

Manne uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Modnar has time to react.

Modnar throws a lazy right hand but Manne sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Modnar does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Manne avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Manne quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Modnar throws a body shot but no joy.
It looked like Manne was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Modnar.
Modnar misses with a straight left.
Modnar slaps away a takedown attempt from Manne, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Modnar tries to counter with a clinch but Manne shakes him off and moves away.
Modnar tries to clinch up.
Manne tried to score with a low kick but Modnar checks it.
Manne is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Manne throws a body kick that misses.
Nice shot lands for Modnar.
Modnar lands a nice shot that snaps Manne's head back.
Modnar takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Manne throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Manne tries to break free but Modnar pushes him back against the cage.
Manne gets through Modnar's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Modnar swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Manne goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Manne decides to pull guard.
Modnar controlling from the top position.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Manne is looking to cinch up a triangle. Modnar throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Manne's body to avoid the submission. Manne has instead reached around Modnar's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Manne arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
