Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Nose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Howard Beale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beale comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Mad As Hell kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronnie Nose! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Howard Beale! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beale shoots in and drives through. Nose sprawls well. Beale shoots for a double leg takedown but Nose sprawls well. He's pushed Beale's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Beale misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Ronnie Nose has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Howard Beale. Nose keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Beale shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Nose pinned against the cage. Nose gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Beale finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nose stuffs the takedown. Howard Beale seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Beale throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Beale shoots in for a takedown but Nose shows good takedown defense. Beale looks gassed! Nose works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beale misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nose closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Nose lands in his opponent's guard. Beale has momentary wrist control but Nose slips an elbow through the middle. Nose trying to control the position from guard on top but Beale is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Beale working a defensive guard here.
Nose works over Beale with some ground and pound from guard. Nose lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Beale wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Nose manages to pass to side control. Nose scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beale looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Beale is looking for a sweep. Nose is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Ground and pound from Nose. Nose is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Beale doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Nose. Beale tries to roll over but Nose keeps him under control. Beale has hold of Nose's hands but Nose slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Nose looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Beale with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Nose working over Beale with some ground and pound. Beale looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beale is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Nose pulls his head out easily. Beale is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Nose scores with a couple of nice shots. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Nose content to control rather than advance. Nose trying to control from half guard but Beale is working away. Nose is thwarting Beale's attempts to control the position. Beale throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Nose is nestled in close to Beale, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Nose has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Beale defend it? Nose steps over the head and cranks it - Beale is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Nose!
