The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunce connects with a right hand. Gracie shakes it off.
It looks like Sailor Gracie has been cut.
No luck for Gracie with that takedown attempt.
Gracie fails with the takedown
and Bunce connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Phill Bunce seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bunce but Bunce pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Phill Bunce has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sailor Gracie.
Bunce connects with a crisp jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bunce lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gracie fails with the takedown
and Bunce counters with a straight right hand.

Bunce connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Gracie momentarily.
Bunce cracks Gracie with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Gracie looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Bunce finish him?
Gracie is rocked!
Bunce is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Bunce weaves into range and cracks Gracie right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Gracie goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Bunce is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
