Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hilo Amsterdam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones has chosen Back Then as his entrance music. Mike Jones will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hilo Amsterdam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Jones! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Amsterdam shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Jones kicks off Amsterdam and gets to his feet. Amsterdam closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jones's guard. Amsterdam passes easily into side control. Nice work. Amsterdam is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jones knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Amsterdam. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jones wants to get back to his feet but Amsterdam drags him back down. Amsterdam looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Jones tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Amsterdam wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amsterdam tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Amsterdam has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Jones throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Amsterdam. Amsterdam shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Amsterdam's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Amsterdam dodges the punch combination from Jones.
Amsterdam tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jones sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Amsterdam somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hilo Amsterdam. That's going to take a lot out of him. Amsterdam misses with a takedown attempt - Jones sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Amsterdam shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jones sprawls well. Jones wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Amsterdam gets slowly back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Amsterdam fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jones throws a counter combo. Amsterdam shoots in but Jones avoids the takedown attempt easily. Jones swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Amsterdam has his takedown stuffed and Jones counters with a nice uppercut. Jones scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Amsterdam is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Amsterdam has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Amsterdam tries for a takedown but Jones circles away easily and Jones counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Amsterdam has his takedown stuffed and Jones counters with a left to the body. Amsterdam gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Jones stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jones wants it to stay on the feet. Jones throws out a counter right but Amsterdam avoids it with no problem.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones cracks Amsterdam with a good jab. Nice sprawl there from Jones as Amsterdam shoots in. Jones swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Amsterdam has his takedown stuffed and Amsterdam takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Jones misses with the combination.
Amsterdam changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Jones lands a nice looking body shot.
Amsterdam takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Amsterdam misses with a takedown and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jones is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Amsterdam shoots in and drives through. Jones sprawls well. Jones slaps away a takedown attempt from Amsterdam, before circling back to the center of the mat. Jones looks like he wants to counter punch here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Amsterdam misses with a takedown and Jones counters with a straight right hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jones swinging wildly here.
Amsterdam takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Amsterdam had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Jones connects with a single shot there.
Amsterdam is rocked! Amsterdam has his takedown stuffed and Jones counters with a left and a right that stings Amsterdam. Oh Amsterdam is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jones ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Amsterdam's jaw. Amsterdam's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Jones does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
