Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Laverne Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Stoic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Laverne Reynolds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Victor Stoic!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Dean Styles and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds wants to clinch.

Stoic shoots in and bounces Reynolds off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Stoic looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Reynolds wants to get back to his feet but Stoic is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Stoic landing with the ground and pound.
Stoic is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stoic in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Stoic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reynolds swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Stoic has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Stoic working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Stoic wants to pass the guard but Reynolds is keeping the position.
Stoic trying to control but Reynolds is working from the bottom.
Stoic tries to free his leg and advance position but Reynolds is retaining full guard.
Stoic is looking to work some ground and pound but Reynolds has wrist control.
Stoic throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Stoic is looking to work some ground and pound but Reynolds has wrist control.
Stoic pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Reynolds is keeping the position for now.
Reynolds wants to get back to his feet but Stoic is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Reynolds controls Stoic momentarily but Stoic frees himself.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Stoic trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Stoic passes into half guard.
Reynolds knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stoic on the ground.
Reynolds has hold of Stoic's hands but Stoic slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Stoic looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Reynolds with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Stoic seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Nice strikes from Stoic there.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Stoic lands a nice short elbow.
Reynolds is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Stoic scores with a couple of nice shots.
Reynolds keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Reynolds is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Midnight MMA, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
Reynolds taking some punishment here, with Stoic in his half guard.
Reynolds pushes Stoic off looking to stand but Stoic dives back in and keeps control.
Stoic working the head and body with strikes.

Stoic looks to score some points with some ground and pound.


Reynolds is rocked!

Stoic is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Stoic unloading with bombs!
Oh Reynolds is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stoic softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Reynolds is out cold! Stoic jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
