Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kylla Ei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikael Lindel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ei comes to the cage accompanied by Silent drumming. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kylla Ei! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
24 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mikael Lindel! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lindel dives in and grabs Ei's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ei pushes down on Lindel's head and hops out. Ei scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Lindel doesn't seem bothered though. Ei lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Ei throws a hook but Lindel blocks it. A slapping leg kick lands for Ei.
Ei tries to clinch and Lindel counters with a nice uppercut. Ei throws a lazy uppercut
and Lindel counters with a one-two to the body. Lindel tries for a takedown but Ei sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Ei appears to be looking for a big counter. Ei throws a front kick aimed at Lindel's knee but Lindel avoids it well. Lindel shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ei sprawls well. Ei wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Lindel gets slowly back to his feet. Kylla Ei has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikael Lindel. Ei fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Lindel is out of range. Lindel shoots in for a takedown but Ei shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Lindel misses with a takedown attempt - Ei sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Ei throws a right hand that Lindel ducks under and follows up with a left that Lindel also avoids with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lindel throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ei was covering up waiting for the punch and Lindel finishes the takedown easily into guard. Ei is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Lindel works a leg free and moves into half guard. Ei is refusing to be controlled, as Lindel sits in half guard. Lindel wants to pass the guard but Ei is defending well. Ei avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lindel. Ei is looking to control Lindel's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ei avoid being mounted?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ei is looking for a sweep. Lindel is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Ei tries to kick Lindel off but Lindel keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Ei is refusing to be controlled, as Lindel sits in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lindel is looking for a kimura but Ei is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lindel to get the leverage. Lindel stops Ei from getting back to his feet.
Lindel thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Lindel is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Ei has managed to free his arm - good work. Lindel is pressing down on Ei's thigh, looking to free his foot. Ei is holding on for now. Ei is trying to stand.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ei tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lindel swats him away and circles back towards the center. That kick from Ei tenderised Lindel's leg. Lindel is trying to keep his angry face on. Ei fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lindel goes for a double leg but Ei avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ei continues to drive forward. Kylla Ei is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Ei scores with a body shot.
Ei smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Mikael Lindel has been cut. Ei with a hook. Mikael Lindel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ei misses with the combination.
Lindel defending well as Ei loads up on a big left hand. Lindel looks for a takedown but Ei sprawls well. The fight stays on the outside here - Lindel looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ei looks to throw the jab but Lindel is out of range. Lindel shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ei pinned against the cage. Ei gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Lindel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ei.

This has been an exciting period of action! Ei throws a right and a left that Lindel avoids nicely. The fighters circle momentarily. Lindel darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Ei misses with a looping right. Ei tried to score with a low kick but Lindel checks it. Ei clinches with his opponent.
Lindel wants to break the clinch but can't.
Ei wants to stall.
Ei breaks the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kylla Ei dominated that round. The cut man is working on Mikael Lindel's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Ei defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lindel. Lindel closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Ei quickly recovers to half guard. Ei is trying to stand.
Ei has one foot on Lindel's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Ei lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lindel's sensitive parts. Lindel has his takedown stuffed and Ei counters with a straight right hand. Lindel feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Eis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Lindel fails with a takedown attempt. Kylla Ei has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikael Lindel. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Lindel shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Ei counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Ei missing with knees to the body.
Lindel has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Ei avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Our sources have told us that Ei has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Ei lands a big left hand right to the temple and Lindel goes down!
Lindel is rocked! Ei decides to stand and escape the position. Lindel is still on wobbly legs! Can Ei finish him?
That's one minute gone in the round. Lindel tries for a takedown but Ei sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Lindel seems to have recovered his senses. Lindel tries for a takedown but Ei circles away easily and Ei scores with a counter punch that sends Lindel to the canvas! Ei smells blood - he's punishing Lindel with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Lindel has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
