Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between The Toecutter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zachary Abrams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for The Toecutter has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, The Toecutter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zachary Abrams!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toecutter throws a series of strikes that have Abrams backpedaling.
Toecutter shoots in looking for a takedown. Abrams tries to sprawl out of it but Toecutter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Abrams manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Abrams fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Abrams closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Toecutter's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Abrams pushes down on Toecutter's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Abrams is controlling the pace.
Toecutter has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Abrams is working away from the top position though.

Abrams is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Toecutter is just riding it out for now. Abrams eventually gives up the hold.

Abrams wants to advance to full mount but Toecutter doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Toecutter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Toecutter throws a right hand that Abrams ducks under and follows up with a left that Abrams also avoids with ease.
Toecutter's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Toecutter duly obliges.

Abrams uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Toecutter.

Toecutter lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Abrams circles away quickly and effectively.

Toecutter shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Abrams eats them both and turns towards Toecutter to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
The fighters circling - Abrams throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Toecutter throws a nice looking combination but Abrams bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Abrams looking to score a takedown here. Toecutter is defending well but Abrams drives through and ends up in Toecutter's guard.
Abrams wants to control from the top but Toecutter keeps moving.
Abrams tries to free his leg and advance position but Toecutter is retaining full guard.
Abrams stands up over Toecutter, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Abrams stays in close to Toecutter's body and controls the position.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Toecutter lands the left hand.
Abrams clinches.
Abrams is pressed up against the cage. Toecutter has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Abrams down to the mat. Abrams avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Toecutter swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Abrams takes one on the button.
Abrams keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Abrams moves into the clinch.
Abrams breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Abrams steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Toecutter.
Abrams throws a body punch but Toecutter moves out of range.

Abrams looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Toecutter with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Abrams is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Toecutter has managed to free his arm - good work.
Abrams wants to control but Toecutter is keeping him busy.
Abrams lands strikes from half guard.

Abrams passes to full mount!
Abrams lands with some strikes.
Abrams postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Toecutter badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Abrams around the waist but Abrams pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Abrams is the winner by TKO! Abrams jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
