Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Hier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Action Crackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hier comes into the arena with Point of No Return blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Action Crackson! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crackson misses with an uppercut. Hier ducks under a wild hook from Crackson. Crackson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Crackson working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Crackson taking a breather here. Crackson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

It looks like Kenny Hier has been cut. Crackson circles away from the clinch attempt enabling Crackson to counter with a crisp jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Crackson feints and as Hier raises his hands in defense, Crackson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Hier utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Hier preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Crackson slips nicely into half guard.
