Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jim Jonson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donnie Lalonde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donnie Lalonde told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lalonde pinned against the cage. Lalonde gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jonson.
Lalonde moves away from the strike by Jonson.
Jonson shoots in for a double leg but Lalonde sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Jonson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Lalonde controls the pace.
Lalonde really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jonson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
