Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Geert Geerts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bk bk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). bk comes into a darkened arena with his song building. celabration kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Bk bk acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Geert Geerts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Bk bk!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by bk or perhaps it was just good defense by Geerts, which made it look bad.
Geerts slaps away a takedown attempt from bk, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Geerts stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Geerts wants it to stay on the feet.
Geerts half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Geert Geerts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bk bk.
bk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Geerts counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
bk keeping moving, preventing Geerts from controlling successfully.
Geerts has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Geerts is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Geerts stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. bk swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Geerts trying to control the position from guard on top but bk is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
bk is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
A telegraphed right hand from Geerts misses the target.

Geerts gets caught napping as bk dives in and scores a takedown. Geerts manages to retain guard.

bk has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Geerts to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! bk is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Geerts pulls down on the head and he's put bk to sleep! This one is all over!

Bk bk was interviewed post fight and said 'Thanks for coming out to see the fight '.
