The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laloosh uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bravie.
Laloosh has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Bravie connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Bravie scores with a body shot.
Laloosh takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Bravie throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Nuke Laloosh has been cut.
Bravie connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Laloosh misses with a hook. Bravie ducked under it nicely.
A punch lands to the side of Laloosh 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Laloosh takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Laloosh seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Bravie shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Laloosh is backing up but Bravie catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Laloosh covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Bravie Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Magnus Bravie!
Magnus Bravie is the new light heavyweight champion!
After winning the bout, Magnus Bravie thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
