Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Pereira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Czerniakow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Daniel Pereira! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Adam Czerniakow! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pereira dives in and grabs Czerniakow's left leg, looking for a takedown. Czerniakow pushes down on Pereira's head and hops out. Pereira bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Czerniakow's head backwards. Pereira displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Czerniakow throws out the jab. Pereira tries to land a leg kick but Czerniakow saw it coming and moves away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Pereira. Czerniakow does a little dance to reset his feet. Czerniakow let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Czerniakow throws a body shot but no joy. Pereira attempts a counter takedown but Czerniakow avoids it well and moves away. Pereira takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Pereira dives in for a single leg takedown but Czerniakow sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Pereira pivots, looking for a leg kick but Czerniakow is out of range and Pereira settles back down. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pereira attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Pereira throws out a leg kick but Czerniakow moves out of range and Pereira only half commits. Czerniakow takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pereira takes a swing at Czerniakow's ribcage but misses. Czerniakow connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Pereira takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Daniel Pereira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Czerniakow cracks Pereira with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Czerniakow has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pereira to stand back up!
Pereira is rocked!
It looks like Daniel Pereira has been cut. Pereira bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Pereira scores with a shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Czerniakow cracks Pereira on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Pereira falls backwards against the cage. Czerniakow follows up with more strikes that drop Pereira to his knees. Czerniakow keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Pereira! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adam Czerniakow!
