Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fred Alsop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuta Wakabayashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wakabayashi has chosen vvotaro - Noi as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wakabayashi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Alsop's waist but Alsop gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wakabayashi off to one side.
Alsop seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Wakabayashi fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Alsop jabs at Wakabayashi's body.
Alsop scores with a body shot.
Wakabayashi shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Alsop is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Wakabayashi is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Alsop sees it coming and defends easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wakabayashi maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Alsop could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Wakabayashi has cracked it and Alsop is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Wakabayashi!

A very excited looking Yuta Wakabayashi rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
