Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Goins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mister Spock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goins comes to the cage accompanied by Jay-Z - Tom Ford. Spock has chosen Rolling Stones- 2,000 Light Years From Home as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spock lands with a slapping head kick.
Goins moves away from the strike by Spock.
We've been hearing reports that Goins has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Spock lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Goins decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Goins throws a strike but Spock rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Spock wants to stand but Goins has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Goins working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Spock doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Goins is tightening it up a little... Spock has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Spock reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Spock taps out! Nice BJJ there by Goins!
