Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atkinson tries to land a body kick
and Won counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Taylor Atkinson has been cut.
Atkinson throws a jab but it's blocked by Won.
Won has Atkinson up against the cage in a clinch.
A bit of stalling here from Won.
Won lands a left hand.
Atkinson wants to get back to striking at distance but Won won't allow it.
Atkinson's coach down at Cozad MMA Montreal was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Atkinson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Atkinson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Atkinson wants to break free but Won has control.
Won pushes Atkinson back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Atkinson is rocked!
Won lands an uppercut.
Atkinson is still on wobbly legs! Can Won finish him?
Won creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Atkinson crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Atkinson face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Won takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Kay Won!
Kay Won bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
