The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Darius Henderson and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grey with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Grey with a hook.
Kelleher takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Grey ducks under a wild hook from Kelleher.
Sean Kelleher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kelleher throws a body shot but no joy.
A head kick misses from Kelleher.
Kelleher lands a nice hook to Grey's body. Grey takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Grey checks the leg kick.
Grey doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Kelleher misses with a kick to the body.
Grey lands a head shot.
Kelleher throws a sloppy head kick and Grey moves out of range easily.
A little jabbing left from Grey on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Grey connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Grey throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kelleher on the side of the head.
Kelleher misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Grey's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kelleher under the eye.
Kelleher is rocked!
Grey moves out of range as Kelleher throws a body kick.
Grey drops Kelleher with a huge uppercut! Kelleher drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Grey is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
