Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Enting Butikol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Butikol comes to the cage accompanied by Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Steel has chosen Kollegah - Bossaura as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Enting Butikol!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 14 - 1, fighting out of New York, David Steel!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Darius Henderson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Butikol.
Butikol wants to clinch but Steel slips to the side
and Steel counters with a left to the body.
Steel uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Butikol displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Steel throws out the jab.
Butikol was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Butikol uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Steel.
Steel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Butikol wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Steel gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Butikol is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Butikol checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Butikol misses with a wild body shot.
Butikol just misses with a punch to the body.
Steel misses with the combination.
Steel misses with a straight left.
Butikol lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Butikol has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Steel's jab looks to have found its range, popping Butikol under the eye.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Steel throws an off balance right hand
and Butikol counters with a stiff right hand.
A jab lands there for Butikol.
David Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Butikol lands a jab to the nose.
Butikol lands a body shot.
Butikol moves in looking to clinch but Steel pushes him off.
Butikol throws a sloppy head kick
and Steel counters with a series of strikes. Butikol will be more careful next time no doubt.


Butikol is rocked!
Steel throws a low kick but Butikol avoids it.
It looked like Butikol wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Steel throws a low kick but Butikol moves out of range easily.
Butikol on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Steel cracks Butikol with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Steel has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Butikol to stand back up!
Oh Butikol is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Steel dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Steel throws a leg kick which misses Butikol's front leg but catches the back leg as Butikol tries to avoid it.
Butikol is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Steel doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Butikol crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Butikol's bad books for that mishap!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Steel!
David Steel decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
