Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Itse Perkele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Legstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Legstrong has chosen Oshi - God Hour as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Lance Legstrong!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perkele throws a lazy right hand but Legstrong sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Legstrong drives through with a takedown into Perkele's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Legstrong trying to control but Perkele is working from the bottom.
Legstrong looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Legstrong slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Perkele can't do much from the bottom here.

Legstrong goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Perkele has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Legstrong but great work by Perkele.

Perkele is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Legstrong is aware though and is defending well.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Legstrong fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Perkele sprawls well initially but Legstrong persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Legstrong swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Perkele.
Perkele takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Legstrong takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Perkele pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Legstrong throws the left hand but Perkele avoids the punch easily.
Lance Legstrong seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Perkele throws a half hearted mid kick.
Legstrong lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Perkele at a distance.

Legstrong tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Lance Legstrong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Legstrong throws a jab when Perkele was well out of range.
Perkele quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.

Legstrong throws a looping overhand right but Perkele ducks down to avoid it.
Perkele cracks a nice hook into Legstrong's ribs.
Legstrong is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Perkele.
The fighters circling - Legstrong throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Legstrong ducks right into an uppercut from Perkele.
Legstrong might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Legstrong jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Legstrong drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
It looks like Lance Legstrong has been cut.
Legstrong works Perkele's body with a nice hook.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Perkele.
Legstrong shoots in looking for a takedown but Perkele manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Legstrong's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Perkele slips under a jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Legstrong takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Perkele scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Perkele throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Legstrong is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Itse Perkele gave a mention to Kemists ↑ 5x160Q - $149-199 in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
