Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jonqw Fray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Spezza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jonqw Fray! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Spezza! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Sano and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, jab by Spezza - just one landing. Spezza keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fray. Spezza lunges at Fray with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Fray's hand. Fray misses with a looping right. Fray moves away from the strike by Spezza. Fray lands an overhand right. Jab by Fray. Spezza misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fray.
Fray tries to counter with a takedown but Spezza is quick to defend against it. Fray sizes up Spezza with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. The fighters circling - Fray throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Fray smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Spezza swings for the body but Fray moves out of range.
Fray throws a poor cross that misses
and Spezza counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Jonqw Fray has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fray on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Fray looks to land a right hand but Spezza moved out of range. Spezza moves out of range of the strikes. Spezza throws a head kick that half lands.
A swing and a miss from Fray. Spezza tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spezza swings away with a leg kick that misses. Fray shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Fray looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Spezza moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Spezza is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Fray is aware though and is defending well. Spezza working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fray doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fray manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fray throws a big elbow that misses. Spezza not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Fray might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fray passes into half guard. Spezza keeping control of the position. Spezza gets full guard. Fray scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Fray in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Fray looking to sit in guard and control but Spezza gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Spezza wants to control from the top but Fray keeps moving. Fray working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Spezza doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Fray is tightening it up a little... Spezza has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Spezza reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Spezza taps out! Nice BJJ there by Fray!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Jonqw Fray! Post fight, an emotional Jonqw Fray said 'You were saying Mon Ami.'.
