Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bernardo Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nabil Yanar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bernardo Santos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nabil Yanar! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yanar scores with a body shot.
No luck for Yanar with that takedown attempt. Yanar looks to land a combination but Santos avoids it well. Yanar uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Santos. Yanar tries to clinch but Santos is having none of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yanar doesn't manage to clinch there - Santos circles away.
A slow jab from Santos misses its intended target. Yanar fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Santos misses with a looping right. Yanar feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Santos is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Yanar is controlling him. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Yanar looking to pass the guard. Yanar trying to control but Santos is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yanar is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Yanar drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Yanar jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Santos can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Yanar controls the pace.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Yanar fails to land with a series of punches.
Santos throws a jab when Yanar was well out of range. Yanar fails in his attempt to clinch. Yanar gets the takedown into side control. Santos is pushing Yanar's head away, looking to escape. Yanar manages to hold on to the position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yanar is looking to take a break and control but Santos is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Yanar thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Yanar looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nabil Yanar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Yanar swinging wilding here.
Santos misses with a straight left. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yanar loads up on a big right hand but Santos slips the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yanar closes the distance and clinches up with Santos, looking for a takedown. Yanar pushes Santos against the ropes but Santos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Santos misses with an uppercut. Yanar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Yanar looks for a takedown but Santos sprawls well. Yanar moves in looking to clinch but Santos pushes him off. Nabil Yanar is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Santos throws a looping overhand right but Yanar ducks down to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Santos moves out of range of the body kick from Yanar.
Santos stuffs the takedown. Bernardo Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nabil Yanar. Santos keeps the fight on the outside. Bernardo Santos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Yanar scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Yanar misses with a looping right. The fight stays on the outside here - Yanar looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Yanar closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Santos to the mat! Santos manages to get full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yanar is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Yanar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Santos swivels though and keeps the full guard. Santos is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Yanar is controlling him. Santos keeping moving, preventing Yanar from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Yanar is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Yanar advances position into side control! Yanar misses with the ground and pound. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Yanar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Santos knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Yanar tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nabil Yanar showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Yanar rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Santos moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Yanar darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yanar is looking for a kimura but Santos is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Yanar to get the leverage. Yanar not doing much here.
Yanar is looking to advance position but Santos won't allow it. Yanar stops Santos from getting back to his feet.

Yanar takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Santos is trying to stand up here but Yanar is controlling him well. Yanar keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Yanar is looking to take a break and control but Santos is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Yanar is looking for a kimura here.
