Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Robertson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robertson comes to the cage accompanied by 50 Cent - I get Money. Ralph Gracie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mike Robertson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ralph Gracie! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robertson feints and as Gracie raises his hands in defense, Robertson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Gracie wants to sweep here but Robertson controlling him for the moment. Gracie trying to strike off his back.
Robertson wanted to stand there but Gracie had control of the position. Gracie wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Robertson is now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Robertson tries to stand and escape but Gracie is controlling the position. Gracie slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Gracie looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Robertson advances to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Robertson pulls his head out easily. Gracie wants to improve his position but Robertson is controlling well.
Gracie has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Robertson is working away from the top position though. Gracie is looking for a sweep. Robertson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Gracie is trying to control but can't.
Robertson wants to pass the guard but Gracie is defending well.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Robertson drives through with a takedown into guard. Robertson forces his way into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Robertson not landing any meaningful shots this time. Gracie moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Robertson wanted to stand there but Gracie had control of the position. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Gracie looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Robertson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gracie looking for a sweep. Not yet Gracie, not yet. Gracie looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Robertson. Robertson throwing strikes but missing. Robertson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gracie is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Gracie is looking to clinch. No joy there for Gracie, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Gracie trying to control the position but instead, Robertson has worked for underhooks and has pushed Gracie into the cage. Robertson blocks an elbow strike from Gracie.
Gracie drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Gracie is working for takedown but Robertson is calmly controlling the position for now. Robertson is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Robertson works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Gracie wants to sweep but no luck. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Robertson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Gracie keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Robertson passes the guard and advances to mount! Robertson wants to control the pace but Gracie is squirming around nicely. Gracie is wriggling around trying to escape.
Gracie gets back to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Gracie is looking to improve his position.

Gracie is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Robertson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gracie keeps working. Robertson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Gracie is looking to control Robertson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gracie avoid being mounted? Gracie looking for submissions off his back. Robertson tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Gracie. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Gracie tries to roll over but Robertson keeps him under control.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Robertson wants to clinch. Robertson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Robertson lands in his opponent's guard. Robertson won't allow Gracie to sweep him here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie keeping moving, preventing Robertson from controlling successfully. Gracie looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Gracie is trying to control the position but Robertson postures up. Gracie is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Robertson is looking to work some ground and pound but Gracie has wrist control. Gracie looking to control but Robertson passes into half guard.

Robertson moves in looking to clinch but Gracie pushes him off. Gracie drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Gracie drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Robertson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gracie has Robertson in his guard. Robertson controls the pace of the fight for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Robertson dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
A big right from Gracie misses. Robertson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Gracie has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Robertson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Robertson lands a knee to the head.
Gracie has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Robertson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Robertson prevents a takedown attempt there.

He has hold of a leg but Gracie is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Robertson persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Robertson is thwarting Gracie's attempts to control the position. Robertson prevents Gracie from improving his position. Gracie works his way to full guard. Good work. Gracie will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Gracie throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Robertson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gracie's head. Gracie is looking for a sweep. Robertson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Gracie moves into full guard.
Mike Robertson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Gracie has momentary wrist control but Robertson slips an elbow through the middle.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Robertson goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Robertson sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Robertson dodges the punch combination from Gracie.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Robertson moves into range and clinches up with Gracie. Robertson stops a takedown attempt from Gracie.

Gracie won't allow Robertson to get back to his feet. Gracie looking to pass the guard. Robertson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Ralph Gracie has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mike Robertson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Gracie thows a big elbow that misses.
And that's the end of the fight! Mike Robertson showed his dominance in that final round. Well Robertson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
