The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer just misses with a punch to the body.
Simpson with the counter takedown but Hammer avoids it easily.
Simpson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hammer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Simpson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Simpson there as he acknowledges the shot.
It looks like Bart Simpson has been cut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bart Simpson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Hammer creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Simpson with a big uppercut! Simpson tries to clinch up but Hammer pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Simpson to the mat! Simpson covers up and Hammer unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Frank Hammer seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
