Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Seven Sestine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Wills (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wills's choice of entrance music: Enter Sandman . Joe Wills will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Seven Sestine! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Wills! The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Donatello Bradman and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Wills lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sestine has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sestine and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Sestine connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Sestine avoids a kick to the body.
Sestine wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Sestine throws the left hand but Wills avoids the punch easily. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Wills! But no joy. Sestine cracks the inside of Wills's front leg. Wills scores with a one two! Sestine had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Sestine fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wills manages to avoid it. Wills lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Wills drives through and clinches with Sestine against the cage.
Wills breaks the clinch.
Wills pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sestine throws a quick counter head kick but Wills was just out of range. Wills looks to land a combination but Sestine avoids it well. Sestine is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Wills. Wills moves out of range of the body kick from Sestine.
Seven Sestine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wills fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Wills looks to land a combination but Sestine avoids it well. Sestine tried to counter with a leg kick but Wills avoided it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A combination from Wills does no damage. Sestine lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Seven Sestine is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sestine moves out of range of the body kick. Wills shoots for a takedown but Sestine saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Sestine throws a body kick that misses and Wills counters by moving into the clinch. Sestine breaks from the clinch.
Wills closes the distance and clinches. Sestine is looking to control Wills's arms but Wills gets an underhook and turns him. Now Sestine has his back to the cage. Sestine breaks from the clinch.
Sestine uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wills.
Sestine throws a counter high kick but Wills was just alert enough to avoid it. Sestine throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Wills's head. A solid body kick from Sestine. Wills blocks a head kick by Sestine.
Sestine pivots, looking for a leg kick but Wills is out of range and Sestine settles back down. Sloppy strikes from Sestine. Those never looked like landing. Wills moves into range and clinches up with Sestine. Wills tries to score a body lock takedown but Sestine shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Seven Sestine has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Wills. Sestine's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sestine tests Wills's chin there with a solid looking shot. Sestine tries a head kick but it misses.
Wills gets in close and instigates a clinch. Wills blocks an uppercut.
Wills escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
The fighters circle momentarily. Sestine darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sestine, right into the meat.
Sestine throws a body punch but Wills moves out of range. Sestine throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Wills keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Sestine. Wills shoots in and drives through. Sestine sprawls well. Wills looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Sestine is looking to counter the offense by Wills and move into the clinch. Wills looks winded! Sestine lands a head kick. Wills smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Wills shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Sestine napping and manages to drive through into side control!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sestine bucks up and tries to throw Wills off but instead Wills has got his back! Sestine wants to get back to his feet. Sestine avoids the strikes from Wills. Sestine is trying to stand back up. Wills is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Sestine is tapping out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Joe Wills! Joe Wills got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
