The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lord scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
McGregor slips under a jab.
McGregor throws a counter combo.
Lord scores with a crisp jab that stopped McGregor in his tracks.
Lord is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McGregor.
McGregor tests Lord's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lord connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
McGregor throws a left and a right that both miss
and Lord counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps McGregor thinking.
McGregor lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lord circles away quickly and effectively.
McGregor slips under a jab from Lord.
Lord lands a slapping body shot.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lord dodges the punch combination from McGregor.
Lord throws a series of punches but McGregor moves out of range.
McGregor misses the shot to the body.
Lord swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
McGregor misses with a hook.
Lord avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lord takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
McGregor wants to slow Lord down by chopping away at his legs.
Lord defending well as McGregor loads up on a big left hand.
McGregor takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
