Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby Kid! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Gwach War! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! War misses with a series of wild punches.
War throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kid fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and War has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. War blocks a head kick by Kid.
Kid shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. War defends it nicely. Kid will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

War looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. War shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. War closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kid did well to prevent War getting side control. Kid makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Gwach War seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kid shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. War eats them both and turns towards Kid to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
