Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jame Casey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Idris Luther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Luther's choice of entrance music: pro green - jungle. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luther gets a clinch.

Casey tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

and Casey counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Casey working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Luther doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Luther manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Luther has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Casey is proving hard to escape from.
Casey will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Luther throws a strike but Casey rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Luther fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Casey, pushing him back against the cage.

Casey changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Luther fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Casey tries to keep at a distance but Luther has taken the fight into the clinch.

Casey got a little sloppy there for a moment and Luther has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Casey has managed to get both his arms back between Luther's legs - danger averted.

Casey decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Casey on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Luther. Luther obviously looking to wear him down.

Luther has hold of one of Casey's legs. Casey is fighting the takedown attempt but Luther gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Luther throws an elbow that misses. Casey uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Luther's guard. Nice move by Casey!

Casey decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Luther shoots in looking for a takedown but Casey manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Luther's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Luther throws the kick towards the body but Casey avoids it.

Idris Luther seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Casey jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Luther walks away with a smile on his face. Casey gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Luther shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Luther was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Casey wants to get back to his feet.

Luther misses with a head shot. Casey uses the momentum to regain guard.
Luther throws an elbow that misses. Casey uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Luther's guard. Nice move by Casey!

Idris Luther showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Casey's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Casey avoids the head kick by Luther.

Luther has his foot on Casey's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Casey works his way back into a safe position though.

Casey tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Luther smiles and moves away.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Casey.

Idris Luther seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Casey is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Luther's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Luther's back!

Casey is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Luther. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Casey really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Luther.
