Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alojz Černư (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nelson Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alojz Černư! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Nelson Gunn! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Černư is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Gunn throws a series of punches but Černư avoids them all with ease. Gunn fails to land with a series of punches.
Černư is looking for a counter combo. A slow jab from Gunn misses its intended target. Černư bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Gunn looks to land a combination. Černư sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Černư slips a jab and a cross from Gunn.
Gunn misses with a straight right. Gunn throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Černư sees it coming and avoids it easily. A nice leg kick lands there from Gunn. Černư throws a body shot but no joy. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gunn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gunn throws a shot from downtown. Černư moves away and avoids it. Gunn lands a jab to the head.
Černư displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gunn throws out the jab. Černư is looking to counter punch. Nelson Gunn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gunn throws a sloppy head kick and Černư moves out of range easily. Černư appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Gunn uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Černư tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gunn swats him away and circles back towards the center. Černư walks into a jab. Černư is looking to clinch but Gunn is avoiding it.
Gunn misses with an uppercut
and Černư counters with an inside leg kick. Černư ducks under a wild hook from Gunn. Gunn gets caught napping as Černư dives in and scores a takedown. Gunn manages to retain guard. Černư postures up in Gunn's guard and throws a big left but Gunn blocks it. Černư wants to control from the top but Gunn keeps moving. Gunn avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Černư in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Gunn wants to get back to his feet but Černư is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Černư is looking to work some ground and pound but Gunn has wrist control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Černư in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Černư with a flurry of punches that miss. Černư wants to control from the top but Gunn keeps moving. Černư throws an elbow that misses. Gunn uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Černư's guard. Nice move by Gunn! Gunn wanted to stand there but Černư had control of the position. Černư is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Černư working a defensive guard but Gunn passes into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gunn tries to stand and escape but Černư is controlling the position. Gunn is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Černư manages to get to full guard. Černư controlling Gunn's posture. Černư has a closed guard, preventing Gunn from standing up. Černư looking for a sweep. Not yet Černư, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Černư is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Černư trying to mount his opponent but Gunn defends it. Černư is working for a kimura but Gunn is defending it quite comfortably.
Gunn tries to kick Černư off but Černư keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Černư with the ground and pound but Gunn uses the opportunity to regain guard. Černư wants to control from the top but Gunn keeps moving. Gunn wants to get back to his feet but Černư is in a dominant position and won't allow it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nelson Gunn dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Černư doesn't manage to clinch there - Gunn circles away.
Gunn throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Alojz Černư has been cut. Gunn slaps away a takedown attempt from Černư, before circling back to the center of the mat. Černư drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Some bone on bone action there as Černư checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Nelson Gunn seems to be getting the better of the standup. A big left from Gunn misses. Černư fires out a quick counter leg kick but Gunn just manages to avoid it. Gunn connects with an inside leg kick. Gunn misses with a lunging right hand
and Černư counters with a left and a right that stings Gunn. Sloppy strikes from Gunn. Those never looked like landing. It looked like Černư was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Černư ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gunn moves away. Černư tries to clinch but Gunn moves out of range. Gunn throws a quick inside leg kick. Černư gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gunn wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Černư has him pressed against the cage. Černư misses with a hook to the ribs.
Černư prevents Gunn from breaking the clinch. A head punch blocked on the inside by Gunn. Černư misses with a hook from the clinch. Černư can't find room to land a body shot as Gunn controls the action.
Gunn has had enough of the clinch but Černư keeps him there for the moment. Gunn pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Gunn bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Černư's head backwards. Černư blocks a jab. Černư was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Černư drops his hands momentarily and Gunn takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Gunn throws a hook to the side of Černư's head but Černư sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Černư feinted there with a counter leg kick. Gunn feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Černưs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Gunn has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Gunn throws a push kick but Černư slaps the foot to one side. An attempted straight right counter from Černư misses the target. Černư checks a leg kick. Gunn misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Černư scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gunn is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Černư has just dragged him back down to the mat. Černư cracks Gunn with a big elbow. Černư working the head and body with strikes. Gunn taking punishment in the form of punches.
Gunn wants to get back to his feet. Černư working the head and body with strikes. Černư works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Gunn is trying to buck Černư off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Černư is putting a hurting on Gunn here, landing some big shots from side control. Černư lands a nice forearm strike. Černư connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Gunn some visible discomfort.
Gunn is rocked! Gunn takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Gunn is still in real trouble! Can Černư finish him? Černư works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Černư cracks Gunn with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Černư immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Gunn is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Černư!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alojz Černư! A relieved looking Alojz Černư thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
