Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johan Attila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ziba Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johan Attila! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ziba Halo! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Halo ducks under a wild hook from Attila. Attila goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Despite the aggression on Halo's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Attila throws the kick towards the body but Halo avoids it. Attila feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Halos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Attila stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Johan Attila seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Halo scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
It looks like Johan Attila has been cut. Halo fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Attila on the side of the head. Halo slips under a jab from Attila. The fighters circling - Attila throws out the jab but it was never going to land. A little jabbing left from Halo on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Attila misses with an attempted mid kick.
Halo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Attila throws out the jab. Halo looks to land a body kick but Attila moved away. We've been hearing reports that Attila has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Attila swinging wildly here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Halo moves out of range as Attila strikes. Attila swings for the body but Halo moves out of range.
Attila throws a body shot but no joy. Halo staying out of range there. A punch lands to the side of Halo 's head but he takes it in his stride. Halo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Attila.
Attila moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. A looping hook to the body misses from Halo. Attila does a little dance to reset his feet. Attila half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Halo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Attila. Attila moves into the clinch. Halo throws a knee to the head but misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Attila misses with a short punch on the inside. Attila lands a right hand. Attila tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Halo wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Halo blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Attila throws a punch but it's blocked by Halo. A shot in the inside from Attila.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Halo has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Attila clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Attila is trying to break free.
Halo tries to keep control of the position but Attila is staying busy. Attila fending off the submission attempt from Halo. Halo throwing wild punches that miss their target. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Halo is looking for the choke from the back position but Attila is controlling his hands well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Attila staying busy and making it hard for Halo to control. Attila is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. I really don't envy Attila right now.
Attila wants to control his opponent's hands but Halo gets his hands free. Halo has the hooks in. Attila is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Halo controlling the position well here. Attila rolled but Halo kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Halo is looking to control Attila but Attila is wriggling around and keeping busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Johan Attila will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Johan Attila's cut. That's time! Attila's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Attila uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Halo. A big right from Attila misses. Halo now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Attila misses with a body shot.
Halo looks like he wants to counter punch here. Halo pushes Attila away with a front kick. Attila pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Halo is looking to slow Attila down with leg kicks. Halo bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Attila scores with a shot to the body.
Attila ducks under a wild hook from Halo. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Attila clinches up against the cage. Halo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Attila backwards. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
That's one minute gone in the round. Attila lands a shoulder strike. Halo taking a breather. Halo lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Attila backwards. Halo goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Halo swings wildly with an uppercut but Attila uses good head movement to avoid it. Halo misses with a knee strike.
Attila pushes Halo back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Attila has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Halo after a bit of a struggle. Attila has Halo pushed against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Halo tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Attila smiles and moves away.
Attila lands with a nice combination. Halo backs away looking to recover. Attila fails to land the takedown. Attila sets himself, and Halo steps forward looking for the clinch! Attila avoids it this time. Attila stuffs the takedown attempt from Halo. Halo gets slowly back to his feet. Halo looks to land a right hand but Attila moved out of range. Halo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. It seemed like Halo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Halo scores with a leg kick.
Attila throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Halo throws the kick towards the body but Attila avoids it. Halo circles away from the clinch attempt and Halo counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Attila thows a left - swing and a miss! Halo flicks out a counter leg kick but Attila steps away. Halo throws a low kick but it's checked well by Attila. Attila cracks Halo with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Attila scores with a nice head shot. Attila tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Halo paws at him with a jab and circles away. Halo throws a nice outside leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Attila. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Halo! But no joy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johan Attila. That's going to take a lot out of him. Attila swings for the body but Halo moves out of range.
Halo looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Halo cracks a nice hook into Attila's ribs. Johan Attila is winning the standup battle so far. Attila misses with a right hand and Halo counters with a right hand to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Halo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Attila moves into the clinch successfully.

A close second round but Ziba Halo will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Johan Attila's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Attila lets loose with a powerful body kick. Halo will feel that in the morning. Attila lands a nice looking kick to the body. Halo takes a step back to recover. Halo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Attila throws a push kick but Halo slaps the foot to one side. Attila uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Halo. Halo cracks Attila with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Attila misses with a body kick. Attila moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Halo ducks right into an uppercut from Attila. Halo steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Attila. That one must have hurt. A big left from Attila misses. Halo takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Halo defending well as Attila loads up on a big left hand. Attila slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Attila lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Attila misses with a body kick. Attila throws a hook but Halo blocks it. Attila shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Halo is trying to defend but Attila finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Halo blocking the ground and pound attempt from Attila.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Attila slips a nice elbow through Halo's hands, connecting with Halo's forehead. Halo is in trouble now - Attila has advanced to mount! Attila working Halo over with strikes here. Attila is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Halo to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Halo shrugs it off. Attila landing strikes from the mount and Halo is in trouble! Halo wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Attila.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Attila looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Halo is rocked! Attila wants to finish this one by submission but Halo is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Attila. Attila looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Halo covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johan Attila! Johan Attila took some time post fight to say the following; 'This one is bitter, sweat. Won the titel and i put a loss on a friends record. I think we both will have a drink after this and might plan a rematch. What do you guys think? Anyway, happy to hold the Belt in my hands and challengers, please step out of the shadows. *haha*'.
