Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Loki Wojtk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Zanin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wojtk's entrance music is Thunderstruck, ACDC. A fine choice. Anton Zanin will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zanin scores with a one two! Wojtk had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Wojtk defending well as Zanin loads up on a big left hand.
Wojtk swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Zanin has momentary wrist control but Wojtk slips an elbow through the middle.

Wojtk is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Zanin defends it well.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Wojtk has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Wojtk there as he acknowledges the shot.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Zanin working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
