Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dallas Humphrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ernesto Bato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Ernesto Bato enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dallas Humphrey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ernesto Bato! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Humphrey has managed to clinch.
Bato gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Bato preventing the sweep. Humphrey throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Humphrey looking to control.
Humphrey working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bato doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bato manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Humphrey working for a triangle but Bato defends it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bato wants to pass the guard but Humphrey is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Humphrey trying to keep a closed guard but Bato is proving a slippery customer.
Humphrey looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bato is one step ahead there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Humphrey escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bato gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bato pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Humphrey is keeping the position for now. Humphrey throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Humphrey throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bato was covering up waiting for the punch and Humphrey finishes the takedown easily into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bato wants to stand up but Humphrey is controlling him. Humphrey lands a couple of elbows. Humphrey lands a couple of elbows. Humphrey wants to control from the top but Bato keeps moving. Bato is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Humphrey trying to control but Bato is working from the bottom. Humphrey won't allow Bato to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Bato is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Humphrey tries to clinch up but Bato circles away and keeps his distance. Bato swats away the attempt to clinch by Humphrey. Bato is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Bato avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bato changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Humphrey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bato paws at him with a jab and circles away. Bato is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Bato stuffs the takedown attempt from Humphrey. Humphrey gets slowly back to his feet. Bato drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Humphrey defends it well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dallas Humphrey dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Humphrey wants to clinch. Bato tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Humphrey closes the distance looking to clinch and Bato counters with a takedown into side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Humphrey is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Humphrey wants to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Humphrey moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Humphrey throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Humphrey seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Humphrey is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bato is controlling him.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Nice takedown defense from Bato. No joy for Humphrey on that attempt. Humphrey closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Humphrey is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Bato's shoulder. That is not cool. Bato is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Bato tries to escape back to his feet but Humphrey has kept hold of him... Oh, now he's got Bato's back and is looking for the choke... Is it? Is it sunk in? YES! Bato is tapping! Humphrey saw the opportunity and took it - ruthless!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Dallas Humphrey!
