Barbosa fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kermit has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Barbosa lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Barbosa misses with an uppercut. Kermit saw that one coming.
Kermit was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Kermit fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Barbosa connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kermit momentarily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Constantine Kermit will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

BOOM! Barbosa lands a beautiful left hook that drops Kermit. Kermit tries to recover but Barbosa is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Kermit lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
