The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
One lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
One throws an off balance right hand
and Hardy counters with a nice uppercut.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Hardy!
One misses with a straight left.
Hardy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
One steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Hardy.
Hardy's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Hardy duly obliges.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hardy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
One seems to have recovered his senses.
One throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
One has Hardy up against the cage in a clinch.
One scores with a shoulder strike.
I was talking to Hardy's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Hardy blocks an uppercut.
Hardy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hardy throws a body punch but One moves out of range.
Good standup being displayed there by Hardy as he connects with a hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brian Hardy dominated that round.

The fighters circling - One throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Oooooh!!! Hardy has knocked One down with a huge combo! Hardy steps away and waves a wobbly One back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Brian Hardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
One thows a left - swing and a miss!
Hardy feints with a jab and clips One right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! One is sent crashing into the canvas and Hardy leaps in for the kill! One tries to get to his feet but Hardy is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that One is in need of a savior and steps in!
