The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Malcom.
Malcom fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Malcom changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Malcom lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Owens at a distance.
Owens looks for a takedown but Malcom sprawls well.
Owens throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Malcom's waist but Malcom gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Owens off to one side.
Malcom lands a big right hand that sends Owens crashing to the mat! Malcom stays standing though and waves Owens back to his feet!
Owens is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Owens goes for a double leg but Malcom avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Malcom continues to drive forward.
Owens is still on wobbly legs! Can Malcom finish him?
Abdurakhman Malcom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kevin Owens.
Owens circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Malcom. Owens falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Malcom!
