Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Work (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdul Karim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Abdul Karim enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bradley Work! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Abdul Karim! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Reed Andrews and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Karim throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Karim looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Work cracks a nice hook into Karim's ribs. Work lands a nice looking body shot.
Work with a body punch. A glancing blow. Work fails with a takedown attempt. Work shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Karim pinned against the cage. Karim gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Work tries a head kick but it misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Work tries to clinch but Karim is having none of it. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Work is defended easily by Karim. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bradley Work. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Work has closed the distance and engaged Karim in a clinch.
Work gets control of Karim's arms and successfully pulls guard. Work will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Work escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Karim gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Work throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Karim stopping the sweep attempt from Work. Work has a closed guard, preventing Karim from standing up. Work has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Karim is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Work. Work dodges the ground and pound from Karim. Work is trying to control Karim's posture but Karim avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Work is trying to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Karim throwing shots but missing, from side control. A control attempt from Work but he's now mounted! Karim looking to control but Work is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Work regains half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Karim is looking for a kimura here.
Work tries to get to full guard but Karim has control of the leg. Work wants to control but Karim is keeping busy.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Karim stalling away here and it's allowed Work to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bradley Work dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Work misses with a takedown attempt - Karim sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Work looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Karim has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far. Work slaps away a takedown attempt from Karim, before circling back to the center of the mat. Work shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Karim but Karim pushes him off and we're back to square one. Karim looks for the body kick but Work saw that one coming. Work rushes Karim and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Work has Karim pressed against the cage, preventing Karim from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Work is trying to force a seperation but Karim has the dominant position. Karim is defending well against a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bradley Work. That's going to take a lot out of him. Karim is breathing heavily. Work trying to control the position but instead, Karim has worked for underhooks and has pushed Work into the cage.

Work tries for a takedown but Karim manages to get underhooks.
Work has had enough of the clinch but Karim keeps him there for the moment. Work is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Karim is defending well for now. Work jumps guard but Karim turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Work tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Karim's elbow. Karim is trying to break the clinch but Work has him pressed against the cage. Work is trying to drag Karim to the mat but Karim just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Karim is looking to control Work's arms but Work gets an underhook and turns him. Now Karim has his back to the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Karim is trying to break the clinch but Work is controlling him. Work tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Karim smiles and moves away.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Work goes for a takedown attempt but Karim pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Work fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Work tries to clinch but Karim moves out of range. Work throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Work connects with a body shot. Work fails with the takedown. Bradley Work is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Work fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Work throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Karim's waist but Karim gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Work off to one side. Work fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Work is looking to clinch. Work tries a head kick but it misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Work is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Karim stuffs the takedown. Karim misses with a hook. Work ducked under it nicely. Karim gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Work counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Karim shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Work as he jumps to the side. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Work fails to land the takedown. Work clinches. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Bradley Work will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Work shoots in and drives through. Karim sprawls well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Karim stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Karim wants it to stay on the feet. Horrible takedown attempt by Work or perhaps it was just good defense by Karim, which made it look bad. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Karim checks a leg kick. Work shoots in for a double leg but Karim sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. No luck for Work with that takedown attempt. Work uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Karim.
Work fails with a takedown attempt. Karim wants to counter the offense by Work and move into the clinch position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Karim tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Work paws at him with a jab and circles away. Work doesn't manage to clinch there - Karim circles away.
Work shoots in for a double leg but Karim sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Work shoots for a takedown but Karim saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A nice side step and Karim releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Work tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Karim manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Work shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Karim sprawls well. Karim wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Work gets slowly back to his feet. Work moves out of range of the body kick from Karim.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Work shoots in looking for a takedown but Karim manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Work's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Work shoots in but no luck this time. Karim tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Work tries for a takedown but Karim sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Work moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Karim throws a nice looking combination but Work bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Work. Karim is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Work tries to clinch but Karim moves out of range. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Work is defended easily by Karim.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Work fails to land the takedown. Karim clinches up against the cage. Work is trying to break free. Karim wants a takedown but no success here.

Work is looking to break free of the clinch but Karim has double underhooks. Abdul Karim has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bradley Work is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Karim tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Work avoids it.
And that's the end of the fight! Abdul Karim comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Work has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
