Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mohammed Babak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Babak might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lose yourself - Eminem. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mohammed Babak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Charles Floyd! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice combination there by Babak.
Babak stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Babak wants it to stay on the feet. Babak shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Floyd pinned against the cage. Floyd gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. And Floyd tries to counter it with a takedown but Babak pushes his down on his head and steps out. Floyd fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Babak checks it well. Floyd misses with an uppercut. Jab, jab by Floyd - just one landing. Floyd misses with a jab to the body
and Babak counters with a head kick. That will keep Floyd thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Babak closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Floyd to the mat! Floyd manages to get full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Floyd is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Babak defends well. Babak tries to free his leg and advance position but Floyd is retaining full guard. Babak loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Floyd tries to land a sweep but no joy. Babak connects with a couple of short punches. Floyd wants to sweep but no luck. Floyd trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Floyd is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Floyd has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Floyd thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Babak's head. Floyd wants to control but Babak is keeping him busy. Floyd uses his free foot to push down on Babak's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Babak. Floyd throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Babak has his hands clasped together but Floyd breaks the hold and Babak is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Floyd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Charles Floyd! Our winner, Charles Floyd, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans. The defeated Mohammed Babak had this to say: 'I am very impressed by Kaspars performance, but I will work my way up again, for sure.'.
